SUE ( BEST TOUR EVER )

Well, today was a very long day after our overnight flight, but our tour with Antonia and our driver, Jorde (I do not know how to spell his name) was the best tour we ever had.  Jorde was a very good driver and very professional.  Antonia is very knowledgeable about Barcelona and its history which is what made today the best.  She showed us places downtown that we would never have been to, or understood the historical significance of the buildings if we had tried to see the city on our own.  Sagrada Familia was truly amazing; we also enjoyed Park Guell, too.  We walked through the Gothic Quarter and St Joseph Botaglia, amazed at the history.  We even went back to the market after dinner, bought some fresh strawberries, and walked around some more.  And, we made it back to the hotel – without getting lost!  Antonia is an excellent tour guide, and her personal touch really made the day special.  What a start to our vacation in the Mediterranean!
