Kirsten Ek, Eric Palmquist, and family

A special message to the manager of Blue Car Line company:

I would like to extend a personal thank you on behalf of my entire family to one of your drivers, Gabriel. He helped up Saturday night, July 12, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our family was stranded outside our destination, which we thought was a hotel but turned out to be a locked gated apartment with no clerk on duty and no way to reach the apartment owner. Gabriel stayed with us – he was a tremendous help – waiting, asking around the neighborhood, and finally helping us find the key in another part of the city in a lock box. With 4 small tired  children, all our luggage, and late at night – he didn’t leave us stranded but rather made us feel safe and helped us find our way. He is a true gentleman and professional, and we are deeply indebted to him for all his kindness and attention. He is a wonderful asset to your company and we wish him all the best in his future. (His only flaw was that he did predict Argentina would win the Cup, but this is forgivable.)  We would also like to thank Antonio, who was similarly helpful. Your company really helped us see the warmth and kindness of Barcelona!
